Participant Requirements
- This hike is open to participants 15 years and older.
- Participants aged 15–17 years must submit a completed Parent/Guardian Consent and Liability Waiver Form before the hike.
- Participants under the age of 15-14 would only be permitted with an adult. Participants under the age of 14 are not permitted on this hike.
Hike Rules & Guidelines
- All participants must register and complete the required waiver before the event.
- Follow the instructions of hike leaders and marshals at all times.
- Wear appropriate hiking attire and sturdy footwear.
- Bring sufficient water, snacks, and any personal medications required.
- Stay with the group and remain on designated trails.
- Do not litter; carry out all waste and help preserve the environment.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely complete the hike.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
- The hike may be postponed, rerouted, or cancelled due to adverse weather or safety concerns.

By registering for and participating in this event, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and agree that the organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated organisations shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or unforeseen incident that may occur before, during, or after the event.
